Starboard Technology provides quality products from the finest manufacturers worldwide. We provide service to our customers via phone, fax or email about the products we sell. Our staff will be happy to offer technical assistance and setup product demonstrations, ESO surveys or training. We strive to provide advice and recommendations for the appropriate product & accessories to support your requirements.
All shipments are FOB Melbourne, FL for most items. Some bulk items will be drop shipped FOB the factory. Unless instructed otherwise, we ship the most economical way. If requested, we can ship Collect on your account or COD.
Inspect all shipments immediately upon arrival. All claims must be made within 10 days of delivery. Please notify the carrier immediately if there is a problem.
Open Account Billing Terms
Standard open account terms are Net 30 days, we offer 1% discount when the invoice is paid within 10 days. Please provide 3 trade references and 1 bank reference to establish an open terms account. Allow 1 week to process.
We accept Visa, MasterCard, and American Express.
Please call for an RMA number for all returns prior to sending product back. Returns are subject to a restocking fee. Special and/or custom order may not be returnable. All sales are final within 10 days of receipt. Used or damaged products are not returnable unless due to shipping or manufacturer defect. Credits will be applied to your account toward payment of open invoices or toward future purchases.
Starboard Technology accepts no liability for any damages resulting from the use of a product. Starboard Technology is not responsible and does not warranty any product for merchantability or fitness for any application. Warranties by the manufacturer, express or implied, including but not limited to the warranties of merchantability and fitness for a purpose are the sole responsibility of the manufacturer.
