Quality & Service                   STARboard TECHnology provides quality products from the finest manufacturers worldwide.  We provide service to our customers via phone, fax or email about

                                               the products we sell.    Our outside sales staff can offer technical assistance and setup factory demonstrations, surveys or training.  They will provide

                                               advice and recommendations for the appropriate product & accessories to support your requirements.  

 

Same Day Shipping              In stock items will ship the same day provided the orders are received by Noon.  Exceptions will be made if requested to accommodate specific

                                              requirements.

 

Hazardous Products               All hazardous products will incur additional shipping charges.  These items are non-refundable & non-returnable.

 

Delivery                                   All shipments are FOB Melbourne, FL for most items.  Some bulk items will be drop shipped FOB the factory.  Unless instructed otherwise, we ship the most

                                                economical way.  If requested, we can ship Collect on your account or COD.  Please note that hazardous fees & surcharges cannot be billed to your account

                                                and therefore will be added to your invoice.

 

Open Account                        We offer a 1% discount on invoices paid within 10 days.  Please provide 3 trade references & 1 bank reference to establish an account.  Allow 1 week to ten

                                                days to process.  Otherwise, please use a credit card or COD.  We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express & Discover.  There is a $35.00 minimum per

                                                order.   Terms are Net 30 unless otherwise agreed upon.  Taxes where applicable will be applied.

 

Shortages or                          Claims for shortages or damaged merchandise must be made within 10 days of receipt of shipment.  Inspect all shipments immediately upon arrival.  Please

Damaged Merchandise        notify the carrier immediately if there is a problem.

 

Warranty                                Since we do not control the use or application of the products we sell there are no express warranties extended beyond the descriptions contained

                                               herein.  STARboard TECHnology accepts no liability for any damages resulting from the use of a product.  STARboard TECHnology is not responsible

                                               and does not warranty any product for merchantability or fitness for any application.  We are not responsible for any consequential or indirect

                                              damages incurred in the products use.  Warranties by the manufacturer, express or implied, including but not limited to the warranties of

                                               merchantability & fitness for a purpose are the sole responsibility of the manufacturer, which guarantees we pass through to the customer.
